一、优惠对象
1、6周岁（不含6周岁）～18周岁（含18周岁）未成年人、全日制大学本科及以下学历学生（不含研究生、成人教育、业余大学、夜大、函大），可凭身份证号在线购买半价联票或门票。外籍/港澳台等入境游青少年可凭护照号在线购买半价联票或门票。在门区综合服务窗口换票后，截图保留二维码，入园时，需提前出示居民身份证/护照及学生证等有效证件，扫码入园。, Foreign minors above the age of 6 and no more than 18 years old are entitled to half-price tickets by showing their valid passports or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards. 2、享受社会低保人员凭社会保障金领取证，到综合服务窗口办理购票入园手续，享受半价优惠价格。二、免门票对象
1、6周岁（含6周岁）或身高1.2米（含1.2米）以下儿童，需由成年人带领。 Foreign children at the age of 6 or below or with a height of no more than 1.2 meters are entitled to free admission. 2. 军人或武警官兵（含现役、离休、退休、残疾军人）、残疾人士凭有效证件免费入园；消防救援人员(含在职、退休、残疾、院校学员)凭有效证件享受当地对现役军人的同等优待。 3、离休人员凭离休证。 4、60周岁及以上本市游客持本人“北京通-养老助残卡”游客刷卡入园或持本人身份证刷证入园、外省市游客持本人身份证刷证入园、港澳台和外籍游客凭本人护照等有效证件登记换票入园。 Foreign senior citizens at the age of 60 and above may get tickets by showing their valid passports or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards. 5、持首次办理台胞证（签发次数为01）的台湾同胞一年内到景区游览免除门票。 Taiwan compatriots who got a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents for the first time (Times of issuance: 01) can have free access to the park (scenic spots inside the park not included).北京动物园咨询，投诉，救助电话68390274
